Workout August 5th

I did a resistance workout today, as I have too much office work to get out. This climbing workout seems to keep my strength up for steep routes.

Body weight exercises

push ups  5×15

Abdominal rollers 5×15

Teasers 2 sets

Pull up on rock rings.  Lock off with 4 sec hesitation lowers at 90, 120 and 180 degrees

  1. 1×8 body weight
  2. 1×6 bw+10lb
  3. 1×4 bw +20lb
  4. 5×4 bw+25 lb

Pronators

3×10 6lb

I felt strong today. I am ready to up the weights next time on the pull ups and goto 20 reps on abs and push ups.   Tomorrow I’ll do a hike or train run.
