Caitlin has taught classes at local health and youth programs, businesses, gyms and schools. She enjoys planning classes that will engage seasoned yogis and beginners alike.

Says Caitlin, “I have personally experienced the wonderful physical and mental benefits of yoga. As someone who went into their first class believing that a ‘yogi’ should act or look a certain way, I have been greeted with nothing but acceptance and love in the yoga community. I want to pass this amazing feeling along to each of my students. Whether your favorite pose is headstand or savasana, I hope to create an experience that helps you experience yoga bliss. I firmly believe that yoga is for everybody and every body!”.
