I’m so proud to be a part of journey Christian church I’m so proud of my pastor I think Ben rocks his visions for Hazard are totally awesome. His love that he and kelly have for this s community is mind blowing I’ve never been more proud to say I belong to something. At my lowest Ben always seen the best in me and through all my stupidity d mistakes he always believed God had more plans for me he always said God knew my hearts desires I always expressed that when I could quit doing the things I was doing that I would turn my life over Ben told me many times that God wanted to meet me right where I was well God did in a jail cell and it was when I decided to lay my life down that God gave me my life I don’t want it any other way I think I see differently now other wAy I’m not saying everything changed over night because it hasn’t but the desire to use drugs or sell drugs don’t enter my mind anymore I ask God Dailey to remove the things that arent pleasing to him and to fill me the things he wants I want to be a light for others I e noticed slot of things my potty mouth anger and unforgiveness are getting better everyday I’m human and I find myself asking God everyday to forgive me I think when i quit realizing that I’ve sinned that I’ll be in trouble. Bens messages have taught me a lot he makes me think about things that I never wanted to look at before Its amazing what God is doing thru this man it’s amazing what God is doing in our church and community Ben is one of the most awesome preachers I have ever known
