Intermediate Rock Climbing Course

Traditional lead NC

Are you ready to take your climbing to the next level?  Are you wanting to follow outdoor traditional climbs, multi-pitch routes and go on bigger adventures, but don’t feel prepared?  What if something goes wrong can you help your partner?

The Intermediate Rock Climbing Course is a two day class designed to prepare you for following pitches, moving more efficiently, and to have more competent rescue skills.  You will benefit from an enhanced efficiency when climbing, be able to clean sport or traditional routes, and be a more solid climbing partner.  You will learn advanced belaying techniques, how to clean gear and rack it on your harness, advanced climbing-movement skills, transitions at belays, and how to rappel.  These are the next level of skills needed for climbing long multi-pitch routes or going to new areas with your friends.  Day one will focus on lead belaying, cleaning pitches, and movement skills.  Day two will advance into multi-pitch climbing, rappelling, and basic rescue.  Take your skills to the next level, sign up today.
