Marcus is a warm person and greets you with a smile.  His genuine nature makes Marcus a great climbing partner.  Marcus is well versed in rock and ice climbing.  He regularly climbs aid routes on Looking Glass and has visited to Yosemite.  He has climbed some notable routes, such as Invisible Airways on Looking Glass and East Buttress of Middle Cathedral in Yosemite.    Marcus has guided people of all ages, working with camps and taking adults out.  Marcus is a natural instructor and is able to adapt to a variety of learners.   Marcus is a graduate of Brevard College and is an AMGA SPI.  He enjoys spending time in mountains of North Carolina climbing and exploring.
