Chris Davis

Chris has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys sharing this with others. Even though Chris enjoys a challenge, he has climbed El Cap, he truly enjoys helping others discover the sport and create meaningful experiences while climbing. He believes a guide is one who is a teacher, steward and role model for others so that one can have an enriching experience.
Chris began his climbing career over 12 years ago and has branched out into many different styles of climbing. Chris enjoys bouldering, sport climbing, and trad climbing, but also big wall climbing and alpine. He has climbed Zodiac on El Cap, and Cathedral Peak in CA. Chris has also climbed in NC, WY, CO and many other locations throughout the states. Despite his travels, Chris has climbed many NC routes.
In addition to his passion for climbing, Chris has pursued a career in the medical field and outdoor adventure. Chris has worked as an EMT and Paramedic for Parkwood Fire Dept. He instructed EMT courses and became the Wilderness Medical Instructor for Duke University. He is co-owner of Lundy Charters, an adventure based Travel Company and Adventure Medical Consultants, a wilderness medical instruction organization.
